Katy has extensive experience of CEO Succession and C-Suite assessment and development both in a PE environment and within UK and global corporates.
Much of her focus has been on Mid Market Private Equity firms, in either pre-deal or post deal situations. She was an early pioneer in the field of management due diligence for Private Equity clients in the early 2000s and since then has worked with well over a hundred different PE-backed portfolio companies. She has also worked at partner level with two of the world's premier search consultancies, providing assessment, development and talent management advice. Katy began her career in strategy consulting and finance before shifting focus to work on the people and organisation aspects of business.
She is qualified with the British Psychological Society and has deep expertise with a range of psychometric instruments. Katy holds certifications with the Centre for Coaching and Meyler Campbell in individual and team coaching. Her undergraduate degree is from Oxford University.
